We hope that everyone had a wonderful Canada Day and were able to raise the flag and consider how fortunate we are to live in Canada.
The demand for supply chain professionals continues to get stronger with inquiries from right across Canada, (and beyond) but the West continues to be VERY strong. The pendulum appears to be swinging back to an influx of Junior to Intermediate jobs, as companies (finally) start to expand and create new roles. Tim has also noted a resurgence of Senior and Executive ($100K – $175K +) roles, as firms start to ‘recapture’ and fill positions at that were ‘trimmed’ during the recession. Keeping in the West, a returning client in Saskatoon is ALSO looking for a new face in supply chain, and has an opening for a Purchasing Coordinator (Job648). Three to five years experience. Construction exposure or experience is an asset. Again, referrals and recommendations are greatly appreciated.

Tim has a role for a Materials Manager in the Eastern part of the Greater Toronto Area (Job639). Bring your background in MRP, ERP and/or SAP implementation, and materials management. (Pharmaceutical, medical devices or other health related focus ideal, but not a must). URGENT REPLIES REQUESTED.

Four year degree (ideally) in Information Systems or related discipline. SQL, PL/SQL. Person with ORACLE R12 and new technologies experience ideal.
